cancelation policy

At CBY Studios, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations are subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Thank you for your understanding — we can't wait to see you!
